Products

Portuel sells Kosher food products, beverages, frozen and refrigerated goods, Jewish tradition items, and related products.

We do our best to keep product information, prices and availability updated. However, availability may change quickly, especially for imported, seasonal, refrigerated or frozen products.

Orders and payment

Orders placed online must be paid before delivery or pickup.

An order is confirmed only after payment is completed and accepted.

Orders with per-weight products are charged the maximum possible weight for those items. Before shipping, we weigh the actual piece you'll receive. If it weighs less, we refund you the difference.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact the customer to arrange a replacement, refund or adjustment.

Delivery and pickup

Pickup is available in store during opening hours.

Deliveries may be handled by courier, Uber or customer-arranged transport, depending on product type and location.

Courier delivery is available for dry goods only. Fresh, refrigerated or frozen products may require specific delivery arrangements.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold to customers legally allowed to purchase alcohol. Portuel may refuse or cancel an alcohol order if legal requirements are not met.

Approaching best-before products

Some products may be sold with a discount because they are approaching their “best before” date. These products will be clearly identified whenever possible.

We do not intentionally sell products past their “best before” date online.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact, delivery and billing information.

For fresh, refrigerated and frozen products, customers must be available to receive or collect the order at the agreed time.
